Free service at the following stops, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM with departures every 30 minutes:

• Los Cristianos: CC Pasarela, Sol Arona
• Las Américas: CC Presidente, Best Tenerife Princess, Llanos de Troya
• Other areas: Puerto de la Cruz and surrounding southern areas. Check for days and prices. Reservation required for these areas.

• The bus service from Puerto de la Cruz guarantees a minimum of 5 hours in the park.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the ticket price. All tickets are valid for three months.

According to current legislation, proof of residency must be provided by presenting the National Identity Document (DNI). For residents under 14 years old who do not have a DNI, a Certificate from the Municipality where they reside is also acceptable.

If the customer does not present valid documentation proving their residency, the resident discount ticket will not be accepted, and they will need to purchase a regular ticket without the resident discount.
